Good morning, FS WARRIORS! 💜✨️ Sitting here drinking my ☕️ this morning, something really smacked me in my face: 'I'm a size 10 AT 208ish POUNDS!" 😵🤯 (5'5") The last time I was a size 10, I was 175-180 lbs. 🧐 That's just wild to think about. The further along in my journey I get, the less interested in the scale I become. A special thank you to some of those who posted about body recomposition months ago. I would have never ventured out if it had not been for you all! 😘💜

I absolutely think!!! For your own records. It helps me to look back and see — like okay, i can definitely see improvement here or there in myself via the visual records. Do a front back and side. You know how joe not exotic posts before and after? I LOVE LOVE those. Also, they help others i feel seeing proof and thats rewarding in and of itself.
