SUPPORT.

Guys and Gals of FS always remember support is very important and what I am taking about guys you need support for the fellows when you are running jumping and doing quick movements when exercising, and Ladies you need good support as well whether you are an A Cup or G Cup, support helps us keep everything type and where it should be plus less of a chance of damaging tissue.

Plus thanks for all of your personal support on here :)

UHH thanks ? bahahaha... JK.. great topic.No one ever mentions this type of stuff..as a lady FS'er I found that investing a a few great sports bra's have really done me good. I even use them outside of gym bc I think they've really helped my posture. ALSO another type of support I think I need is back support, maybe one of those fancy belts for the gym?? AND THANK YOU ROCKIES your support is always genuine.. Glad to call you a buddy..

Red I just thought I would throw it out, I know I have seen some ladies jogging and clearly they are not wearing a good sports bra and it just looks painful. I use one of the neoprene waist trimmers as a back support because I know it wont trim my waist but it places really good heat on my back:)
