Hi Everyone, how are you all today. Had an easy day. No work wonderful 🤩😍. Steps 10,646, hooped for 14.7 minutes. Went for a small ride in the car with Jim to pick up his prescription and shop at Tesco. Then I went to Redhill to shop more and pay some bills. Just watched good old Emmerdale now Coranation Street. I am an old fuddy daddy. Still that's me. I did a lot of shopping and errands today - went to 13 places. Got my steps in.
