Struggled to get these on yday.
Same jeans,over a yr apart. My goal is to get to my pre-baby body, to tone/build muscle. I want to feel fit and strong. My energy levels are very low at the moment,with zero motivation
Can anyone recommend any home workouts?

Those donuts can go . Ya i know i know they are so yummy. Try to eliminate processed and food that comes on a bag or box. As for workout. Do what you enjoy What do you like ? You must be busy with 3 kids?

jenjabba I'm generally a morning workout person, which is hard with the 3 children. Before becoming a mom, I'd go 6am before work. My youngest is home with me full-time, which I think is making it more difficult. 🙃 I can make all the excuses under the sun, facts are I need to make time I know. I've totally fallen off recently

Heather Robertson’s YouTube channel. All free. I’m currently doing our 12 week express program. Only 30 minutes a day. I think it would be a perfect fit for you. Check her out and let me know what you think.
