Day 3 of Atkins. Funny thing about Atkins, you always feel like you are eating too much protein or too much fat. I do on both accounts. But, I will persevere, because I know it works. I've never done the whole 60-70% that everyone always recommends, so I'm not sure how much more successful I would be if I did. Just can't bring myself to eat that much fat!
On a positive note, I got up at 4 something this morning and went to work out. Insomnia was keeping me up, and my bf has been telling me that when that happens to just get up. So I finally took his advice. We'll see what that does for sleep tonight. I did 7 miles on the bike and 1.44 on the treadmill. 734 calories in 51 minutes. Yep, don't mind if I do!
I wanted to come home and do more cardio, but given that I've been up since 3:17, I just didn't really have the energy. I think I will start will doing 45-60 minutes for right now.
I'm stuffed right now from stir-fried cabbage and sauteed tilapia. Oye!
