Someone mentioned their color line and I did not notice that mine changed from red to yellow! Progress! I went to the podiatrist yesterday. I will be in the boot another month. I have not walked in two weeks and I did not get permission to start back up. I am vulnerable right now. I need to swim, do upper body and low impact exercise. I might be able to do a stationary bike- I didn't ask. I like Snezia's quote - that anything worth doing is worth doing toda. With that in mind, I think I will put on my suit and head to the pool this morning before church. Talk later. Hope you each have a successful and pleasant day.
