This heat is ridiculous, I can't wait for cooler weather. I wish it was 75-80 year round. I would love it. I don't exercise because of the heat and my age. I will weigh tomorrow and hope for the best. Good luck to us all.

Find an indoor pool and swim some laps. It's easy on the joints and burns some calories. There's also water aerobics and other classes. It will get you out of the house and some activity.

Hot here, as well. Wish I could do some lake swimming, as that's my favorite, but being after Labor Day all the beaches have closed. :( I worked in the garden this morning, before the sun came around and now am inside after a cool shower with the fan...ahh ! Weight the same today, but alas, I'll keep chugging.
