So today is not my best eating day, but to be honest, I didn't think it would be. We had our company picnic today, and they always have the most amazing foods! The bosses BBQ up a bunch of stuff and it's hard to say no.
So I had a ton of stuff - some wasn't bad - some had more calories than I thought it should... but oh well.
I should have known to say no to the Haagen Daz vanilla ice cream, but apparently I wasn't thinking!
On a non-diet note - the BBQ was fun, except it kept raining, and we'd have to huddle under the trees - and at one point it was raining so hard, that we just ran to our cars so we wouldn't get so wet! We were totally soaked, but still having fun!
Also in my Facebook travels today I saw a link to this article on the "
Day-by-day Workout plan".
It looks interesting, and I might try doing some of these as alternates to get my muscles other than my legs into shape. And with any luck, hopefully fight off the "bingo wings"! LOL
Anyways, tonight is my C25K night - still on the run 30 seconds and walk 2 minutes, but it isn't as hard as it used to be, so I thnk that's pgoress!
