Dont box in the garage on a polished concrete floor in flip flops. It was a month ago I thought the pain would go away if I just stopped cardio...turns out my foot is broken. Today is day 3 of 6 weeks. Im sure learning patience thats one takeaway!

Been there, done that, not by boxing though. Hoping for a speedy recovery. PS. Careful on crutches. I slipped and broke my wrist. I'm sure the ER doctor was thinking "weren't you here yesterday for your ankle?" ... Yes, yes I was. 🙄

I actually lost alot of weight when I broke my leg. Hobbling to the kitchen and back to the couch with snacks was a pain in the butt! Happy healing

Been there, down that JC but it took me 20 years to realize I cracked my talus bone in a soccer match. 😂 Get well soon❣️
