Had family visiting from NYC the last 2 days and am heading down to the beach house with half of my kids today. Very little control over food but I will grab a crate full from the farmers market on the way. Probably the carbs will make my tummy hurt and then I wont be hungry lol.
I plan on laying on the beach and hanging out with the cousins with a couple glasses of wine so I will get zip for exersize but I am ok with that lol.
On a side note, Heather found a wine called Cupcake, the merlot is decent and the 'angel food' one is nice too. Try it if you see it where you live its around $10 a bottle.
