Hey hope your all well I’ve not been on for a while due to other commitments and my sister being in and out of hospital she is home now after having her stoma bag sorted and getting over sepsis and being told she has cervical cancer and cancer in the bone on that area .

I start my new job next week on a positive note
Need to get back to loosing weight again xx

Thank you 🙏 my sister had a bad day Sunday and wasn’t to bad yesterday so hopefully a ok day for today . Xx

Hope ur sister has had a good day today, a positive mindset makes a world of difference when it comes to fighting this disease, a healthy diet and exercise also helps, when she's feeling up to it. How are u though? You have a lot to deal with too, don't forget to look after yourself ❤️❤️

Thank you booty , I’m ok a little stressed with working and the little ones and my sister but I’m sure she is going through more than us and having to deal with the pain all the time . Hope your well and have a good day x.
