Hi guys! Sorry for the absence, 13 hour days right now not making good food choices opting for speed and convenience. Hopefully not triggering a binge again, still under calorie limits. No time for workouts. Should go back to normal by Monday. Shifting my fasting schedule to Sun evening thru Thursday Morning. Probably a bad week to do it, but it was planned, just not executed the way I intended. Too tired to cook. Too much new stuff in my head for me to think straight. I don't want to ever be in charge of 3 Post Offices again!!!!!!!!!!

I've read that too, Deb. I still have a WAYYYYZ to go too. My (stupid...lol) scale currently says 43.4% BF. I would just prefer to be on the safe side. I actually force eating at times. I don't want to be working that hard & not see any muscle growth. Also, higher calories makes hitting my protein goal much more tasty, I have to admit...lol. I'm currently trying to eat around maintenence. I may lower cals some around Jan/Feb. We will see.

@Lady... my sister liked the cold like that. She lived across the street from me. I would have my heater BLASTING, look over to her house & she would have the front door open. 😳 I would be like, "Nope. Not visiting her todayyy!" 😅

I lived in Northern Minnesota as a teen (22 below zero 🤣) and we could see the Northern Lights in winter. It was fairly common, and it never got old ❤

Lady D, I firmly believe that the climate we spent our childhood years in determines our temperature tolerance. I grew up in East Texas, summers hot and humid, winters clear and mild rarely dropped below freezing and never lasted more than a day, occasional tiny snow storms that never stuck around but a few hours. I was close enough to the ocean that we kept a nice breeze. So we moved to Mississippi, the heat was stifling, no breeze...landlocked completely. The winters were wet and it never got above 40 from December to March, I froze all the time. Spent 3 months in Columbus Ohio, December, January, February. It was -30 when we left there, took me three weeks to thaw out in Mississippi. Moved to Florida, lived less than a mile from the ocean, steady ocean breezes. The winters were perfect, the summers tolerable. Downside, too many hurricanes! I went through 5 while I lived there. Moved to GA after 25 years in Fla. Summers are blistering hot I sunburn here, never did that in Fla I think it's the elevation, no breeze....60 miles from the ocean. Winters are off and on between very warm sunny days and freezing, wet and windy days. The wind never stops in the winter, it cuts through the heaviest layers of clothing and makes you feel like you are buck-assed nekkid...none of those had northern lights. The cloud cover never left Columbus Ohio so I have no idea if they were having any there or not. We never saw the sun there in those three months. My daughter grew up in Florida, then moved to Nevada for 6 years. She said she could never breathe properly there, dry heat kept her nose and lips dry and cracked. The was so happy to move back to Fla and high humidity. Of all of them, Florida was the closest to the climate I grew up in.

Deb, I have the same opinion. As a kid, summers would get hot, but we were able to tolerate them just fine with a box fan and open windows. It's much hotter now than it used to be. Don't move up here, though (Minnesota cannot do decent barbecue).

LOLOLOL! Neither can Georgia, what they call BBQ we Texans call roasted. Nothing like Texas BBQ. We have to make our own, not that they don't have good food here, it's just different. We have had recommendations' to try this BBQ joint, or that Mexican Restaurant and we go there with high hopes that maybe a Texan is cooking there, or at least a genuine Mexican descended person works there only to be dissapointed, the BBQ is standard for the region and the Mexican food is actually gringo food with Mexican names.
