not my worst, but definitely not my best eating day. guessing I'll see a small gain tomorrow. a year ago I would of been devastated these last 10 are taking so long, now I see it as a good thing that I am learning how to have balance and basically stay put weight wise. I have tried a number of things along this journey n am happy with what I have learned n found works for me. I also love that I've learned not to beat myself up when I have an off day, n accept it n move on accordingly after. that's a big bonus.

Great mindset and it's fun evolving with what we've learned works and what doesn't. Having "bad days" doesn't make us a failure. It just means we're human! If not for the bad times we would have no appreciation for the good one's. Slow and steady wins the race. Keep at it! 🤝⏳️
