sorry to hear this chestnut. take everyday at a time , sending positive thoughts . ignore the negative comments. as my mum says " if u have nothing good to say ,say nothing at all " 😉 

Amazed at what holes some people crawl out of. Terrible comments! There is a lot of emotions and sacrifice in trying to lose weight. The journal comments are visible to all to support and really what most of the people on here try to do! Had to jump on it when I saw. If you are not able to post something decent and support then just scroll on ... 

Unfortunately I have bought out the trolls which was not my intention I I apologise I was only trying to my feelings at the time I will shut for the time baine

I blocked two accounts within days of joining here and haven't seen any bullying posts so I can only assume it's the same pathetic pair from June still up to their sad tricks. This is your journal to share as you see fit and that's all there is to it. These two wastes of life don't get to dictate what you put in your posts 💜 

chessnut please don't listen to that kind of people you can try again and believe that this time you will do it we all have some set backs but look at all those lovely and supportive people on here we are all going through this journey together 😊 so please don't give up and negative opinions just makes stronger 💪 

Chess, I'm so sorry if I have upset you or anyone else, I was only trying to stick up for you as you have enough going on..... And quite frankly I couldn't look at the disgusting comments, from DJGEEK and WEE JOCK. I am strong enough to put up with their pathetic comments, water off a ducks back 😂 They are nothing but bullies and I stand by my swear word (apologies if I have offended anyone other then the 2 idiots mentioned) you have friends on here and we are here for you whether you are worried about your life or your weight keep talking to us and definitely ignore anyone that has nothing nice to say stay strong xx

@WeeJock- you are right, it is not my platform and it is only my opinion but I did not feel I was picking fault with you, I just thought it was a bit hypocritical of you to speak of encouragement and support of others but in the same breath complained about posting that they felt down.....that's all ❤️

Just a question have you tried giving yourself small, actionable goals? Looks like you have a lot to overcome and it could help to do it in bite size pieces rather than all at once. Even the smallest step counts 

Welcome to the club 😕. Same thing - different packaging. Though... Never stop trying - it do not work but do nit allow to fall completely.
