What kind of bread is that? Did you bake it yourself?

Looks yummy! What kind of BBQ sauce do you use? 

No, it is keto culture white bread. I bought it at the store.  

I used a store bought bbq sauce. Im not sure what kind. I cooked two big chicken breasts in the instant pot. I did forget to count the sauce on my calories. 😩 

BBQ sauce is one of those landmine condiments like ketchup, the sugar content is ridiculous.

@SunnyDay... I use g hughes sugar free sauces. They're delicious! He has an amazing Sweet & Spicey BBQ sauce. Love his ketchup & steak sauce as well! I stayed away from sauces for a while (even sugar free), but I'm learning to choose my battles to make this more of a sustainable lifestyle for me, personalized by me. 🙂😉 

Looks like you have been busy, steady losses, making & baking some Yummy foods! Yes…It does feel good to feel the weight loss changes add up!!! 

Thank you Zenus, I will look for them. Yes, I don’t want to deprive myself. I’m over two ounces today, but it could be worse.

I think the Sola keto breads are pretty good. This time I used keto culture bread. I think keto sweet and buttery is better. The sola is a smaller size.  

YW, Tonya. No worries, you will shed it quickly. Carbs also hold alot of water & there is a good bit in most BBQ sauce. One of the main problems I had (being a sugar addict) is that I kept adding on water weight/inflammation instead of shedding it. Once I went keto low in carbs, I lost something like 42 lbs in 6 weeks. There's no way that most of that wasn't water weight, unless our understanding of weightloss is TOTALY scewd...lol.  

I don’t do keto either, I do cut my portions and count calories. I seem to forget to count the sauces.

That’s ok zenus, I knew it. I did try keto a few years ago, but it’s not for me. I do see how many people it works with, but I can’t do it. I’m not the biggest meat eater snd I absolutely love all vegetables and most fruits.  

I 💜 meat...lol, especially beef. I don't like too many vegetables. Fruit I do miss, I do have it sparingly lately while keeping within my carb count. 🤫😂 

Certain fruits that have a high glycemic index (like watermelon) will send me into sugar cravings though. Those, I stay away from completely.
