yay back down on the scale. Fasted 14-15hrs and didn't sleep well awake every couple of hours. Hubby is in the hospital with pneumonia so if you pray, will you please keep him in your prayers as he tried to get me to let him sign himself out all day and night and called me and texted every half hour partially why I didn't sleep well and the other part is I'm not used to being without him beside me. I hate staying here by myself but I told him he had to get better first. The ER doc said he needed to stay a day or two for pneumonia and his WBC count was 20 extremely high as of 7pm last night it had went down some which is good and hopefully it went down even more since then.
