At the bottom of the journal space there is a place to add pictures you can either take one or choose photo library and then hit save. I dont use this app on my phone so maybe its different on a phone

That’s awesome!! I glad the recovery is going well! I remember chasing numbers on a scale, thinking that was the only measurement that was important.. Boy was I wrong. And remember to start back up slowly and give your body a chance to adjust to the exercise!! Once again I’m glad everything is going good!! 👍🏻💪🏻😊 

Thanks so much Kennyn27. I appreciate the support more than you would believe. Especially when i was in California. Was nice to know people were rooting for me. I wish i could say i dont care about the number on the scale but im getting there.

Your babies are as beautiful as you ❤️ Your body should settle in at a good weight if you just keep feeding it healthy stuff & moving. Although you haven't been able to work out with weights, your walks are burning calories & giving you the benefits that come with them. I know when you're able to get back to weight training, it will all fall into place.

Ahhh..your beautiful dogs! I am glad you are happy where you are at, weight wise. The tighter skin may be of some help in that area. I know I still struggle with always wanting to be a few lbs lighter...Im fluffy right now although my weight is ok. My sister just doesn't eat healthy. I tried to bring healthy foods and that helps but things like dinner are a struggle when she cooks. Anyway, can't wait to see an updated picture of you and your progress! 🩷🩷

Thank you so much for your support and care. You may be the only one responding on FS that understands my situation. I happen to have left two long comments to my currant journal to those who are offering suggestions. Also since I get to see your pictures there is one of us from about 6 years ago that I left directions to, in my last comment addition. Your weight loss has been very inspirational. The surgeries you just underwent seem staggering to me. Power to you. You are quite a woman: very strong and gutsy! I stand in admiration of you!
