Hi Kat , I am truly grateful this hurricane went right by us because I was quite worried before it took several days of preparation and thank God it didn’t make landfall, so yes, I have something to be very happy about and I’m so glad you’re doing well Kat ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 

Fairygirl,it’s was so darn easy . Peel and chop zucchini, one tomato chop Ed. Chop and deseed jalapeño. Melt a little bit of butter over low heat. Add all the ingredients and spices of your choice. Cook on low heat until tender then break open the eggs and top the mixture. Do not mix the eggs with the mixture, cover and cook slowly to your liking. Enjoy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
