I've made pumpkin custard with extra eggs for protein but I have to cook it. This looks great!

Awesome good to know then I think we can make this work 🙂 Shes not over weight but has past that age where she plays outside and has entered the stage where she just wants to sit on her computer and chat with her friends while playing computer games. Which is great that she's socializing and having a great time but I don't want her eating a bunch of sweets and then just not getting exercise since she's not as active I want her eating more sweets that are a little more nutritious and a little less calorie dense. We already walking together and trying to move more together (yoga) and talking more about our food choices (as a family at dinner). I already prepare a healthy dinner and she tries to eat nutritious meals when she's outside the home and we have spoken to her about her sugar consumption but having fun desserts that she can access and make herself I think we'll make her more interested in eating healthier and preparing it for being healthier as an adult
