I have never tried kimchi bit love steak and sweet potatoes.

I initially ate kimchi for the probiotics, but it turns out it’s a nice side to a lot of my meals. :) It’s a mildly spicy fermented cabbage w/a little carrots in there too. I find it in the Walmart produce section.

I love that my sons are not the only folks who eat something more commonly thought of as dinner, for breakfast

When I get burned out with eggs or breakfast foods, I eat just anything else for breakfast for awhile! Lol

I'm not the biggest fan of kimchi although my husband loves it I need to get into eating it more and eating more pickled food in general as apparently the bacteria in them are very beneficial for people with MS and other autoimmune diseases. not to mention there apparently very good for the gut bacteria which is always helpful for anyone. But I do love sweet potatoes for any meal so you definitely have my infinite support for that particular part of the meal always a fan, LOL. 🤠
