When I"m thinking about an indulgence, it's useful to ask myself, "would I give this to the dogs?". I'd never give them a donut, for instance. Yesterday, our big dog got a round of expensive aged goat cheese. Gone in one gulp. I had to pick the paper out of her mouth.

🤣🤣🤣 We have a diabetic chihuahua, who is NOT happy with her new diet. This is literally her staring..and barking... at everyone in the house. And our other furkiddos look at us like "we don't have diabetes...why can't we have treats?" 🤣🤣🤣
