I am sorry to hear that you're going through this really hard time, Chess. I have been through some things too and it seems to be fleeting and comes and goes, but I hope you will find some sunlight and joy in your day-to-day as well and know that we are here whenever you're ready. Hey, chin up! We’ve got you 😉 Healthier choices lead to a healthier mind. I know choosing to be kind to yourself is unimaginable at this stage but I strongly advise you to start from that. You got rid of these 3st in past and will again. You will be fine in no time. Just trust the process 🙏🏻🥰
