I've been fighting off a UTI this week, which has caused a couple of near-sleepless nights due to the discomfort. I tried home remedies, but resorted to the antibiotic. This has turned it around and I'm recuperating, and looking forward to normal energy again. I did dust off my street bike yesterday for a two mile ride. short, but a start. My eating has been on point, and I'm losing weight again.

Yeah, you. Nice drop. See, you got this. yup, I always had to go for antibiotics in the past. ps, i also try to really stick to a sleep schedule to help lose weight. it's harder when i don't sleep, which is often.

Alka Seltzer or baking soda water will take care of UTI for me if I catch it quickly enough. Otherwise it's off to the doctor I go. Hope you are all better soon.

I just reviewed my weight numbers for the past month. I lost a little, gained a little on vacation, then lost it again. A total wash. That's the consequence of straying!
