Days off! Okay, upped to six shredders (which included working out in my gym...erm, backyard, hauling bricks for 3 minutes, hard-core weeding for two minutes and climbing the stairs 3 times for one minute or so!)x 6; watered some stuff (water restrictions) also washed three loads of laundry, hung them out and they are clearly dry! Prepared notes; grocery shopping; and then logging food. Whew. And here is progress as I enter into week 3 of following "Choose to lose"...no 'power naps' in the afternoon! Cool beans.
