In lieu of the 40/40/20 macro split I was shooting for last weekly progress report, I inadvertantly did a carb cycling/carb tappering week, keeping my protein around 200g, and I think I like the results (I had an unofficial 191 lb weigh in earlier this week). Unfortunately, todays business lunch was our favorite Mexican restaurant again! I limited my chip intake to 1 serviing, and opted for the chicken fajita meal, but ate only the chicken, and about 1/2 cup of the rice, along with the salad and tomato... no tortilla wraps and no sour cream. A good 8 oz protein portion, but likely a bit salty due to prep, so I suspect some of todays official 194 lbs is water retention.... I will check again after tonights run!
