Me on the left earlier this year, at my highest weight. Me on the right today, 15 kgs down.
I feel like I see a difference! My face isn't nearly as red and bloated as it used to be.
I still have a long way to go, but I'm going to keep at it!

Awesome. Definitely keep going. We only fail when we quit. There’ll be gains sometimes, losses other times. It’s all part of our story. Only compete with yourself. Do better than yesterday. If you do worse, don’t worry. Many of us have done the same. You are very pretty and I look forward to seeing your progress!! 💖

Cracking effort, consistency is the key. After w hikse the changes that you make will be so natural you wont even need an app and it just becomes normal. Its not a diet but a lifestyle change and as the weight drops off not onky will you be happier in ypur appearance ypur confidence will go through the roof and ypull find ypurself doing things ypu never thoight ypud do. Like stupid hikes up the 3 peaks and things like that, and whats worse is youll even enjoy doing it.
