Maybe this time FS will allow the post. I am 63 and mostly just do a varied exercise routine to keep healthy from my home. Do you see any muscle tone or is it just an illusion from the overhead light? lol

I can see it, there is certainly muscle definition there

Thanks! My focus is on nutrition and maintaining muscle strength. Tomorrow I might try post a pic of my legs. 😁

Thanks Diana and Jams!! I have attempted posting pics in the past but FS kept cropping them so they didn't really make any sense. I may have to stand on the edge of the bathtub to get my legs in a pic. Lol. I have tried the full length mirror in the closet but the lighting isn't that great and all the clothes are a distraction.

I see definition in the activated arm. And toning in the left arm as well even in low light so I don't believe it to be in your mind 🤔. ^^
