You may see a "big" drop all at once.  

Considering the exceptionally low caloric intake...that should have happened..even a pound should have.  

Here is my calorie count since the 25th 25th 517 26th 646 27th 703 28th 586 29th 556 30th 461 31st 410 today 781 

That isn't enough. Your body is in starvation mode and is holding on to anything you give it. Up your intake to 1000 - 1200/day and you will do a lot better after a few days.  

I try to eat 1200 calories a day and I just can't ! It's very frustrating.  

The problem lies in that I have a stomach ulcer and I am eating how a person with such should. I just figured I should be losing eight while I am stuck on this anomaly of a diet while it heals. I am only at the end of week 2. 

You are starving your body. Your cal intake is way, way to low. 1200cal is ok if you don't exercise,but if you do, you need to pump it up at least to 1500 cal. 

Your metabolism shouldn't suffer that much in only 6 days to go into "starvation mode". It's largely a myth. And if she's following a diet from an ulcer, it is likely that she's under doctor supervision! I have friends with ulcers and they physically can't eat much. That being said, my friends have all unintentionally lost weight. Just call your doctor since you have a medical condition related to eating.
