As long as I’m writing product reviews, I’ll comment on Premiere Protein Shakes. They have 30g of Protein (only 3g of Fiber, though), and only 160 Calories. The ones I’ve found so far that I like from the Variety Pack are Chocolate, Peaches 🍑 & Cream and Bananas 🍌 & Cream. To me, they taste like drinking a real milkshake. Strawberry 🍓 one was awful - had to dump that one!

I need to start drinking them, I have in the past and have to be really careful and drink them slowly or they make me nauseous. I guess it is the artificial sweeteners in them.

Someone (I think it was Diana 1234) posted awhile back about a lawsuit brought up against Premier Protein due to the level of lead in their drinks. I would research them before drinking anymore of them.
