Today I got to supply flowers from my garden for a party! One of my daughters was hosting a baby shower for her best friend. The colors were green and purple, so thankfully I had the flowers to match! It was a beautiful party, and it was a privilege to help my daughter and celebrate the "little" girl who grew up so close to us and is now having a little one of her own!

I ran out the door to work this morning after arranging the flowers and realized I totally forgot to weigh in. Tomorrow I may be a bit "fluffy" from some yummy snacks this evening. I didn't over do it too much.

You guys are all so kind! Thank you! It is so much fun for me to share the flowers I grow, but I really don't know much of anything about arranging. The flowers are just pretty! When I moved to this house ten years ago there was only a single, small rose bush and nothing else that flowered. I love that my "calories out" can also help to grow pretty things, and then I have something to share with others. You couldn't pay me to part with my flowers. But, because it gives me joy, in the last year I've provided the flowers to decorate for a wedding, grad bouquets, anniversary party, and now a baby shower!! Yesterday, I had fun helping my girl spoil her friend! People show pictures of their weights or bike or hikes! This is some of my workout evidence!
