Now at 4.5 days into the fast and doing well. I lost another 1 lb.since yesterday, and about eight lbs. this month. Have a great day everyone!

Yes, I'm going to break the fast Sunday morning along with Debrafrederick. I have a heavy work day scheduled on Monday and I'm going to need some fuel for that.

4:20 PM. I just had a ketone reading of 5.0 and a Dr. Boz ratio of 16. Deep autophagy at 5 days into the fast. I also just facilitated a creative writing workshop at my local library. Feeling clear and energetic. Fast on! That is by far the highest ketone reading I've ever gotten!

I had thought anything over 3mmol is dangerous for ketoacidosis.

Ketoacidosis occurs at much higher ketones accompanied at the same time with very high glucose readings in Type I diabetic. I am neither diabetic nor do I have high glucose or high enough ketones. My levels are therapeutic, not a medical emergency.

I wish my keto-meter would come in, I would like to know how mine are doing. I'm sure I have em otherwise I would be laid out on the floor right now LOL!

I'm sure you've got them too! Have you watched some 'dr Boz? She's a big advocate of measuring, so that you know just what's going on. It would be nice if it came before you break this fast.
