Hello All, How is everyone? Jim and l are good. He is still in hospital and will be for a while. Eaten loads of food, and less liquid food. wee normally and needs his bag for the rest. I am working now with no worries so that's much better for us both. I have started hola hooping with a heavy ball weight swinging around the hoop. I did 5.minuites but only managed 1.5 minutes continues as the ball is heavy. Anyway guess what watching my soaps now. Have a good evening everyone. Merry Mel 😍
