1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix 1 tbsp. oil 1 lb. boneless skinless cooked chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inches cubes ( I buy the already roasted chicken at Walmart and use the Brest. I shred it by hand) 6 cups of low sodium chicken broth. 2 can (15 to 16 oz.) white beans, drained 2 4oz can's chopped green chili ( mild) small amount of chopped cilantro after it's cooked Assorted toppings: Shredded cheese, chopped avocado, chopped cilantro or sour cream. cook on med for about 15 or 20 minutes
