Got this recipe from Insulin Resistant 1 on YouTube (Justin). It’s 1tbs organic unrefined virgin coconut 🥥 oil, 1tbs Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa, 1.5 stevia pkt. Put in freezer for 10 minutes. Delicious!

I melt the coconut oil 1st in microwave for 30 sec, then add 1.5 pkt stevia and 1tbs cocoa. After it freezes, I break it into chunks and the texture is smooth but “grainy” from the stevia and I liked that it was grainy. It gave me a little crunch and reminded me of when I used to eat Nestley crunch bars w rice cereal inside. That’s the best way I can describe it. 🤷🏼♀️ Only this has zero sugar lol

Update: I now do 1/2 tbs coconut oil (because it’s high calorie food 60 calories for the 1/2tbs), 1tbs Hershey’s Dark Cocoa, 1 stevia pkt. This is plenty for 1 serving for me and still satisfies my sweet tooth.

Fat bomb! I just had one. I try to refrain from sweeteners, but today was a rough day...lol. There are many different flavors you can make, lemon, peanut butter, etc...

Not rough as in cravings, just rough. I think I need to up my fat more. That was the only macro I had left, so fat bomb it was. I'm going to start back drinking my "oily coffee" tomorrow.

@ZenusWarriorPrincess…healthy fats are so important for our bodies, especially our nervous system and brain. I have a very high protein and fat diet (still eat my veggies though lol) I’m a firm believer in getting good micronutrients, too.
