Wow! Power food! Looks delicious!! I need to try beets again because years ago, it tasted like I was taking a bite of black dirt. Maybe my taste buds have changed. 🤷🏼♀️ Do you buy beets then roast them? Or are yours canned beets? Any suggestions?

StormsGirl, I mostly buy beets already cooked and vacuum packed. I'm so careful opening and eating these because it is so easy to accidentally spot dye your clothes pink. Sometimes I do get them at the farmers market. Those I cook in the Instant pot with balsamic vinegar and honey.
