Gastro? Glad you're feeling better, Shea 

Yeah, I've been having some serious digestive problems. Wondering if it is possibly crohn's disease because I've had the bowel symptoms for months going on years and then I started to get the abdominal pain, bloating, hemmorroids, vision issues, etc. Crohn's is already in my family (nephew has it) so it's a possibility. Stress while I was experiencing the flare up was awful. Thought my insides were about to explode. I had lost 8 pounds in 2 days, but I was feeling good yesterday and went to a family function and ate well compared to how I've had to eat for the last week or so. I actually was down to 221 yesterday, but gained to 223.4 today so I guess it's an okay thing- considering I'm feeling better and can actually eat. I was so miserable for so many days because no matter what I ate or drank (small amounts even)- I just couldn't bare to eat because it hurt so bad!!!!  

Wow, that's no way to lose weight. Hope you feel better. Have you ever heard of Jordan Rubin from Garden of Life? He talks about how nutrition affects especially gastrointestinal diseases.  

Never heard oh him- I will check him out.
