Hey

Eating/snacking too much when I get home from work. Based on craving meat yesterday, I'm thinking I need more protein during the day. I also need to track better after work.

I'm hoping to get the little guy moving this afternoon. I have some small hand weights and a trio of kettlebells. I'll let you know how that goes!

We are discussing an overnight trip this weekend. We had talked about going the weekend before the Fourth, but neurodivergent + crowds tends to equal massive overload for the sensory challenged. Thinking maybe the Blue Zoo in OKC, the Gathering Place and/or Aquarium in Tulsa, or the Kansas Children's Discovery Center in Topeka. Tulsa would be the most cost effective overall, but it would involve additional family, so I don't know. Looking to stay closer to home if possible because $$.
