Its interesting. When I did my coaching qualification in 1993 the recommendations for women were:
Calories 1940
Fat 70g
Sat Fat 20g
Protein 45g
Carbs 230g
Salt 6g
Sugar 27g
Fibre 30g
Not a massive difference over 30 years although modern thinking favours protein over carbs.

I can do 50% fat intake, but not carb intake. I gave my profile to Chatgpt. It told me to eat 54g of protein. For the first time since I can’t remember I don’t feel hungry whilst dieting. I was always lacking protein.
