Salad for dinner after a lazy day with no structured eating. Trying to bring the veggies back in, but mostly relying on fruit lately. Strawberries later.

Rained most of the day, got two mini walks in and i managed to haul my butt into the pool this afternoon. Heart rate was a fail due to watch not being in the right place. That said, good number of strokes at 883, 10.0 METs. That said, it felt pretty good and the arm didn’t bother me.

Hoping tomorrow is at least partly sunny. I want to try and take the dogs to the park or the beach before the tourists are here. We were supposed to go whale watching at some point, but the weather hasn’t been the greatest. That said, my friends caught another couple of tuna last weekend and i have enough for a couple of months. I need to plan for that meal so i don’t screw it up.
