I eat them straight. Recently spotted them at Costco and thought off the bat that I might use them with yogurt or in a trail mix, but enjoyed them immediately as a standalone snack so much that I'll bring them in a small container to work or eat them after a workout.

pistachios and dried fruit is one of my faves. Roasted edamame if I want to bump up protein and fiber

Apple cinnamon rice cake, powdered PB , Lily’s SF semi sweet chocolate chips melted on top (w/1/4 tsp coconut oil)
20g pitted dates w PB (I make my own)
Cottage cheese “ice cream” made in my blender w frozen fresh strawberries or frozen fresh raspberries w stevia

I usually only “snack” on weekends or last meal of the day. I purposely wait 4-5 hours in between meals to allow my insulin levels to come back down.
