Suzuelite , believe it or not when I run out of Bulgur, I substitute with cooked quinoa. That also adds protein to the meal so you’re definitely onto a good thing there and kudos to you for making it because it’s extremely difficult to do. It’s a pain in the ass.❤️❤️❤️❤️thank you

I make tabouli a lot. Why do you think it is a PIA and takes so long. 

Hi Kenna, I use eight bundles of parsley. Then remove Everything that’s bad in there then I remove the leaves from the vines then I wash several times and dry the parsley and then I chop it fine by hand and everything else that goes in there so it takes me a good three hours to do I wish there was an easier way, I tried using a food processor, but everything comes out mushy. ❤️
