Yeah no deffo go see a doctor. And for now, do some light exercise like yoga or something. Take it easy on yourself.

I’ve been trying to stretch and such but my job has me doing lots of heavy lifting so I’ve not been able to rest as much as I’ve wanted but some time off might be necessary if this doesn’t stop soon.

Yeah... in that case, doctor ASAP and get a note from them that restricts your lift weight. See if they can't hook you up with a physical therapist while you're there. Ain't no job worth putting yourself (and potentially others) at risk for.

If there is no known injury, you might want to go through worker's comp since there is heavy lifting.

Honestly, what TUD said. Because it sounds like this is something you need physical therapy for.

Good. Here's to hoping it isn't too serious to be treated properly. Worst case scenario, you'll end up prescribed some physical therapy and your doctors will mandate a weight limit for you. And the law protects you from losing your job because of said weight limit. 🫂

Chiropractor says my left leg is longer than my right causing an asymmetry in my body so I’m visiting him for a few days a week for therapy. Should only take a few weeks fingers crossed!
