@ SG- Thanks! My hubby told me at workout - just think you are lifting your grandson in each arm on chest supported rows! At least I know I can pull him out of the lake this summer with no issues. Now if I only could keep up with my grandson and his energy.

@YOH-Thanks! The nail color is “Making out with Summer”. 🤣 We both have good taste! Although I tend to bang them up on the iron at the gym! But I don’t dare tell my trainer that.

Rpl how tall are you? You look so thin it’s hard for me to believe we are the same size. Are you sure you are a size. 4 or maybe my undiagnosed body dysmorphia is talking to me…

@YOH- I am 5’9. I wear a 2 or XS in some things so it depends but my go to is a 4. I may be 5’8” because that is a real thing to shrink! 🥲

@Lonnie- Thanks! For me since I am just trying to stay toned as I age so it was fun to pull up a 2 year difference just to see.

@YOH- well I have no bootie or boobies so that makes a difference too although I do think all the squats are helping my 🍑! You look awesome and so much to be proud of for what you have accomplished!

Rpl I have boobies but only cuz i paid for them way back when😂. My hubby is convinced if i start doing hit workouts with him i will get a pretty peach….hero worship🤓
