Right back at you, huni. 😘 I'm good, thanks. I have been busy doing this keto diet. I'm trying to kick the carbs. I have walked the dog 🐕. I am extremely lucky where I live as I have the 3 mile beach and the common not far from my house. How have you been getting on with the diet? Have a good extra bank holiday this weekend 😎

I am more of weight training a bit of low intensity cardio and high protein food kind of diet ☺️ Love long dog walks with my Rosie we have loads of woodlands where I live but would love beach walks too ❤️ quite lucky to be working from home so I’m able to do more. Love seeing your amazing food pictures quite inspiring 😘

The Keto is going okay. I am finding all sorts of different recipes. Aww I had a labrador called Rosie when I was young. I have a Border Collie called Barney Rubble now lol. He keeps me busy. 😍 

Capn flint, very simple but tasty 😋 Cup of long grain rice Chicken strips marinated in 0% Greek yogurt and loads of different spices to your liking. Added some peppers and cooked in the air fryer. And of course broccoli 🥦 😎

Doggies are the best. I have only been on here since 10th April. Not too long but I am enjoying it and meeting lovely new people like yourself. ☺️ When did you join? You are the weight that I want to be I think. It is really hard at 43 to get it off now. So easy when I was 30. Lol. 😅

Sweetiepie I started to struggle when I turned 35 😩 5 years later I feel better but need to work much harder. I have learned that very strict diets don’t work so I’m prioritising protein and weigh my food with enough calories left for dessert 😋 train harder but I love it 🥰 it takes time and by the look of it you are going everything right because you are loosing weight!!! You look gorgeous and it was really nice meeting you and be on this journey together ❤️❤️❤️I have joined 12.04.23  

Oh wow that's only 2 days after me. Lol. I am trying to keep carbs to 30g a day. Focusing on high protein foods. 💪 I am on the South West Devon area. Where abouts are you? You look like you are 30!!!! 😍 Can I drink the water where you live please? Lol 😆 xxx

That's so weird, my family was from Essex. So I'm half Londoner half Cornish. Lol. I've got a bit of a cockney twang with the Devonshire accent. Are you from Italy or Greece? Just going by the hair colour. You are stunning huni xx
