Hello All FC's how are you all? I went to the doctors today and I'm basically 🙃 falling to pieces. my nerve endings are damaged, my arthritis is worse 😫 and my sleep is nil. so I am been sorted out. But apart from all that I am still Merry Mel 🤩. So never fear I am here. Are you all well? weigh in for me is Sunday, hope you all do well. very best wishes Everyone a d have a good Thursday. 🤩

Hi Mel, Thanks for your kind message. I am struggling this week and last. Weight loss non existent. I had a knee injury and I was in a wheelchair for a while, had to try to walk again and obviously gained weight. 🙃 Back on my feet again but awaiting surgery on the knee. I hope the new medication works well for you. Lots of love ❤️
