Easter weekend was harder than I thought it would be... We had my family over for dinner on Sunday. I made a lamb roast, asparagus, and yams. I added more salt than I would have without guests. I wanted to make sure they enjoyed the dinner. This was my first time cooking a lamb and I wasn't sure how to season. I added fresh rosemary, low sodium chicken broth and we stuffed it with whole garlic. Cooked asparagus with the low sodium broth, fresh garlic and added a tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce. We served fresh strawberries and little 1"x2" squares of carrot cake... I had to have one. I also had a couple of my son’s chocolates yesterday and some wheat thins. Feel really bad about that today! When I stay 100% my willpower is the best... once I slip it's all downhill from there. I am back on track this morning and ready for the week. that happens to us all. we fall then we get back up and go from there. You are doing so good. you will feel better in a couple days. and I didn't cheat but I sure wanted to had grandkids all weekend. and husband and kids boy do they eat everything I dont. but I did cheat had a couple mixed drinks saturday nite. didnt hurt on weight just on head. I didnt get it back until today. You just keep flushing thats what makes you special even when you cheat you go right back on the diet. That my dear, makes you a wise woman.
