We are traveling so workout was in the hotel gym. Oddly they had 35# weights to 50# but no lower weights. My workout today was all with Dumbells so at least I did something. Just incorporated more reps.

@lazisuz- Thanks!! I have gotten a lot of compliments that I have nicely toned arms and even though that is not my why I do enjoy wearing tank tops again.

@yearofhealth2023- thanks!! My squat was something the trainer worked a lot with me. I had a really hard time forcing my knees out but I finally got it figured out!

@faeriesfly- thanks! You are right and we should not let age stop us. I was 56 when I started strength training and I am addicted to it now. Thank goodness I finally found something that worked for me.

@lornaw-thanks! I started out body squats to a box and the trainer had to work hard to get me to force my knees out. My husband struggled with lifting his foot so each of us works thru the training differently.

I always have the best of intentions, but don't seem to actually make it to the Gym. Good for you!! I did walk lots & lots on our Nashville getaway.
