Yesterday was a bad day for me because I needed to go shopping and really didn't have the right things to eat before then, my sister happened to leave some steak and cheese hot pockets the day before yesterday and yes I indulged. But to be honest they weren't that good I was just hungry as hell and needed too go shopping. Im not as happy with my weight loss today because I know I could have done better, but todays a new day and I went shopping and now have a variety of healther food to choice from.- note: hot pockets are a horrible choice when your on a 1200 calorie diet.
