I can't tell you how many times I've fallen up the stairs (well down too, when I used to wear heels). I used to be embarrassed, but now I find it's kind of like joining a club of the over 50's. Sneeze & pull a muscle. Go into a room & I can't remember what it was for. It sucks, but I have to lol about it.
I think working out & trying to stave off aging's worst symptoms is great. Hope your knee feels better soon!!

Hazel: Considering it was trip #12 that day carrying pieces of a loft bed down from my 3rd floor attic, my thighs were happy my knee made me take time off. Lol

BTW I used to work part time as a clown (yeah I know!) And my clown name was KLUTZY the clown. Seemed too appropriate. 😂
