Hi Heather, I haven't used my air fryer yet but was wondering how do you know how long to cook stuff for? Is it by weight? 

If its not in the book anne I'll either Google it or put it on for 10mins at a time, don't no if I'm doing it right but so winged it that way so far, my chicken thighs were done in 10 mins n thin pork steaks, I do a main meal for us all every day n have only used my oven 3 times since I got it xx 

I'll go with the 10-minute routine. Nice and simple! Thanks! 

Anne you bought one then? Heather how do find yours? Thinking of buying combined airfryer/ microwave.  

Iv got the ninja with 2 draws n love it, no waiting 15 mins for the oven to warm up or then it been in the oven for 40 mins when it takes 10/15 don't no about the one with the microwave but def recommended the ninja xx 

Heather I saw the one with microwave/ airfryer combined on teleshop said life I lead? Thank you for your information you and Anne probably made mind up , when I move will buy one. 

Hello Heatherboardman, Jm is on day one of his antibiotics so time will tell. I am waiting for next Friday for my Doctor appointment. To see if I have orthopaedic arthritis as under my left foot soal is so painful I cannot put my foot flat down. Good otherwise and weigh in on Sunday. Hope all is good with you. Hi Heather. As with all of these things, willpower is required. It's hard work and requires discipline. That said, I have experienced constant weight loss but then, it's not surprising- if you don't eat, you will always lose weight. A lot of people say you feel lethargic when not eating but have to say, I feel the opposite. I also find that the hungry sensation is a bit of a liar and have learned to ignore it and prioritise my schedule. Ignore the "Body goes into starvation mode" naysayers. It's nonsense... it's not for everyone. My schedule had me eating nothing Friday and no food for 24 hours could be too much to tolerate but there are lots of programs. Find one that suits you and supplement your diet with a good protein shake to ensure you keep burning fat. Good luck and welcome to the world of loving your scales and daily progress. 

Hey Heather. My journal was private for a couple of days but it's open again now. Just cooked breakfast bacon, blackpudding for my first go and it was a great success. Thanks for your help 😀👍

Hi, Anicalo. I go private now and again for various reasons. Its quite handy sometimes 😀but yes, you might lose messages or followers somehow in the process. You can always catch them again though 👍  

My niece got me some silicone trays to go in n she's done steak with garlic butter in them 4 mins each side said they were best she's had, I'm not a beef fan mostly cos I can't cook it always ends like shoe leather 🙈 but I'm thinking of trying em if its that easy xx 

Heather, I never cook steak either and very rarely eat it in the house....I like to be taken out for steak!! Anyway, it was easy and came out perfect. 

Took me ages to make the decision, Anicalo, but then it was someone's birthday! And what do you get the person who has everything?? Yes, an air fryer!! 

Annicalo, if u get the airfryer u won't look back, iv used my oven around 3 times since I got mine, it's easy to use, quick and no waiting 20 mins for the oven to warm up, easy to clean, xx 

Have u heard from adspresso lately?? Xx
